  • Chaosfluff: spiky fluffy energy balls in 3 colors (pink, red, green)

  • HP=2, destroyable with normal shots
  • Teleport with "poof" particle effects and confused spin animation

Balance

  • Chaosfluff spawn chance: ~4% base, +0.5% per minute (max 8%)
  • Chaosfluff does not chase the player — independent fly path
  • 15% small core drop chance (higher than normal due to risk)

Changed

  • Passive pickup attraction radius (25px) always active
  • Menu screen removed — loading screen is now the game entry point

Fixed

  • Mega Blast sound now plays reliably (eager audio loading)
  • Kill sound no longer plays during Mega Blast
  • Music race condition fixed — starts correctly on first interaction

v2.0 - "Kern Update"

Major Changes

  • Avocado Kern System: Replaced generic yellow pickups with thematic Avocado Cores
  • Time Slow Power-Up: New orange core slows enemies to 30% speed for 5 seconds (Matrix-style!)
  • Roadster Destruction: Roadsters now explode after 10 hits with bonus score
  • Small Core Counter: Normal enemies have 10% chance to drop small cores (3 = 1 power-up)
  • Smaller, "Kerniger" Cores: 8x8px pixelart design (reduced from 12px)

Power-Up System

  • 🟢 Green Core: Shots +2 (60% drop rate)
  • 🔵 Blue Core: Shield - absorb 1 hit (15% drop rate)
  • 🟣 Purple Core: Magnet 10s - auto-collect pickups (15% drop rate)
  • ⏱️ Orange Core: Time Slow 5s - slow enemies to 30% (10% drop rate)

Balance Changes

  • Avocado spawn rate: ~5% → 12%
  • Large cores: 12px → 8px (smaller, more compact)
  • Small cores: 6px → 4px
  • Roadster: Now destroyable (10 hits = explosion)
  • Roadster destruction bonus: +100 points + 3-5 scrap pieces (+10 each)
  • Normal enemies: 10% small core drop chance
  • Scrap pieces: 6 second lifetime before despawn

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Time Slow affecting player speed - player now moves at normal speed
  • Fixed Mega Blast sound being masked by kill sound
  • Improved core collision detection with smaller sizes

Visual Improvements

  • Color-coded power-up cores with glow effects and rotation
  • Pixelart avocado kern design (8x8 for large, 4x4 for small)
  • Roadster damage visualization (smoke, sparks)
  • Scrap piece physics on roadster destruction
  • Time slow visual feedback (golden tint, screen overlay)
  • Shield ring indicator when shield is active
